The City of Campbell is centrally located in the Silicon Valley, 50 miles south of San Francisco, and bordered by San Jose, Los Gatos, and Saratoga, and was founded in 1846 by Benjamin Campbell. This small quaint town has it’s roots as a major center for shipping fruit grown in the surrounding area, all well as an important rail center for several fruit canneries serving the all the local orchards. The cit was officially incorporated in 1952 and the city began to transform from orchard lands into residential and office developments. If I’ve learned anything from being in this industry for over a decade now, it’s that real estate professionals play an integral role in the course of any real estate transaction. But in order to be effective as an agent, and provide the highest level of service, one should be a great listener, a strong negotiator, a problem solver, and quick to embrace new technologies that assist in streamlining the transaction process.
Wanda began her career in Real Estate in 1989 with the premier company at the time, Cornish & Carey. When that company was bought by Coldwell Banker years later, she stayed. Wanda became aware that to truly serve her clients, she needed to join forces with a more technologically progressive local company who wasn’t just looking out for the company’s bottom line. After doing much research, Wanda found Realty World to be a perfect fit and has never looked back!
